What are we gonna do over the weekend?
During the weekend, we will alternate sessions ofmindfulness, relaxation and contact with naturewith astronomical experiences that will allow us to discover the universe from a new and conscious perspective.
We will participate in workshops on meteorites and the aroma of the cosmos, we will make a visit to the castling garden with tasting of local products, we will practice full attention, meditation and conscious stretching, and we will enjoy an astronomical observation accompanied by a wine tasting with cause.
All in a unique environment, with meals made with products of km 0, respecting the philosophy of sustainability and responsible tourism.
To whom is the Inner Universe addressed?
This retreat is open to all people who want to live a different experience, combiningwell-being, nature and astronomyin a privileged rural environment. No prior experience is required either in mindfulness or astronomy, just wanting to enjoy, learn and connect with the sky and with yourself.
