Description
It responds to a medieval project, still visible in the sacristy and major altar. Most of its current configuration takes place in the 16th century, involving the architects, Francisco del Castillo "El Viejo" and Francisco Castillo "El Mozo." In its bell tower is located the shield belonging to the bishop of the Diocese of Jaén. Inside it houses the Christ of the Vera Cross (16th century).
