leoturismo Puerta de Las Villas is the visitors' entrance door to the San Vicente Oil Cooperative, located in the Sierra de Las Villas. A natural space where you will enjoy the olive landscape characteristic of this area, cared for by the more than 1,300 farmers working in the cooperative to get one of the largest delicacies in Spain, the extra virgin olive oil. The tour of the mill will begin, to enter into the production process of the oil and learn the steps necessary for its production and how a quality olive oil is achieved. During this immersion in the manufacture of the oil, you will be able to know the different varieties offered. Once you know the secrets of AOVE production, you touch your tasting. There will be a tasting of the different varieties that are produced in the almazara, where you can explore their differences and peculiarities.
