A meeting between wine and gastronomy in the mountains with Vinos Bio Pedro Olivares He lives an exclusive sensory experience in the Segura saw of the hand of the winery Vinos Bio Pedro Olivares, a winery that offers wines that not only care for the palate, but also the planet. These wines are created from agricultural and oenological practices committed to respect the environment and follow holistic principles that promote the balance between the vineyard and the surrounding ecosystem. In this experience, participants will be able to enjoy an incomparable natural area such as the region of Segura, in the Natural Park of the Serras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas, and learn about the agricultural practices that preserve this unique environment. On the return of the vineyards, the participants will complete their experience enjoying a tasting of a selection of three biodynamic wines from their own harvest (white, red and sweet) accompanied by complimentary snacks.
