Guarromán: El Pintahuevos
Description
Holy Week, during which five brotherhoods process through the streets of Guarromán, reaches its festive conclusion on Easter Sunday, when the people of Guarromán celebrate the «Pintahuevos» with a family gathering in the countryside — a tradition brought by German settlers, involving decorating boiled eggs with bright colours and patterns, which are then used in a pipirrana with roasted peppers, black olives and plenty of olive oil.
