Description
Early picual of intense green fruity marking, very expressive and complex. In the nose are the notes of newly cut grass, fig leaf and tomato plant, accompanied by fresh vegetable memories such as artichoke stem, ortiga, green spike and green wood. Fruit nuances of almond and green apple and a subtle touch of green banana are also appreciated, which bring balance and freshness to the whole.
In the mouth it has a powerful and structured entrance, with an elegant astringence that strengthens the green character. The bitter is medium-high, well-defined and harmonious, followed by a progressive and persistent spicy. Oil of great personality, long in mouth and with excellent balance.
