Dehesa Pasture Peralejas

Description

The Las Peralejas recreational area is located in the area of Las Dehesas, about 7 kilometres north-east of the Pedanía of El Porrosillo, in the municipality of Arquillos.

The recreational area, of about 4 hectares of extension, is located next to the waters of the Guadalén River, with the vegetation of riverside made up of strawberries, willows, elves, charts and zarzas, as well as the typical Mediterranean forest of oak, acuches, lentils, jaras, tarages and dehesado shrubs, which helps to spend a good day in the field.

The lovers of hunting, especially of boars, hares and parrots, of sports fishing and hiking, some of the routes are marked, have from this enclave, great opportunities to enjoy their hobbies.

Las Peralejas is a field area where endangered species such as the imperial eagle or the black stork live and can be observed with some frequency.

This is one of the most important ecological enclaves in the region of El Condado. It is also a quiet place, as it is not usually massified even on the weekends.

The recreational area has tables and benches, wooden and metal, individual stone barbecues scattered across the mountain and swings for children.
