The birth, trajectory and mission of Extra Virgin Paradise is to spread the knowledge by the AOVES, their peculiarities their nuances its health benefits, contrasted by great researchers, from Jaén and the world.
In our shop and tasting room we make known the traceability of the olive from when it is collected from the tree until it becomes the liquid gold and reaches our tables, to customers and visitors from any point of the Spanish geography to the smallest, they are very curious, they know how to perfectly relate the flavors in the oils, almonds, tomatoes, fig, grass... their clean palate make these little AOVE apprentices a great teachers, are our future in the early AOVEs.
There are more than 80 references of all AOVEs in the province and a wide representation of the three designations of origin that currently exist, Sierra Mágina, Sierra de Segura and Sierra de Cazorla. Our AOVs are just from Jaén.
