Discover the Mozarabic Way of St James
Description
The Camino Mozárabe de Santiago is one of the oldest and least well-known routes connecting the south of Spain with the famous Way of St James. As it crosses the province of Jaén, it offers pilgrims the chance to travel through landscapes steeped in history, culture and nature. This route has its roots in the period of Muslim rule, when the Mozarabic Christians living in Muslim territory used this path to make their way to Santiago de Compostela.
