Description
Since 1779, Frailes has had a Brotherhood of the Holy Sacrament, and although with ups and downs, celebrated with greater or lesser splendour, the feast of the Day of the Lord has been held without interruption; in recent years, however, the celebration has been taking on a splendour well worth coming to see.
The streets along which the Monstrance passes are carefully decorated. From the night before, residents take part in preparing the decorations for façades and balconies, hanging bedspreads, mantillas and shawls.
