Cortijo de Ramón maintains a serious and responsible commitment so that their holidays have no negative impact on the environment and help to preserve the environment and tranquility of the place.

The wood to heat the common rooms of the house comes from the pruning of its olive trees. As for the heating of the house as well as hot water, it has a biomass boiler of olive bones, an excellent local fuel.

They receive all containers, glass and organic waste separately. The water used comes from a spring of its own, but they promote the reuse of towels among guests to reduce the excessive consumption of water and detergents.

The pool is saltwater to not use chlorine and offer a more pleasant and healthy skin bath.
The parking lot is not paved on trees to give shadows and away from the house to reduce the noise of the vehicles. The whole hotel is a smoke-free space and for smokers there are colliers all over the estate. The external lighting is LED and directed to the ground to reduce light pollution. The hotel's corridors have automatic lighting and all light bulbs are LED.

Enabling comfortable outer spaces to promote activities such as reading or simply rest. There's no TV to disconnect. They thus encourage tertulia among guests. They have no wild animals caged except hens that feed on the restaurant's waste to supply themselves with fresh eggs of exceptional quality.
