Torres de Albanchez
Torres de Albanchez is a village in the far northeast of the province of Jaén, in a valley surrounded by the mountains of the Sierra de Segura.
The municipal area also includes hamlets such as Fuente Carrasca and Fuenfría, so named because of their springs (fuentes).
The municipal area is included in the Sierra de Cazorla, Seguro y Las Villas Natural Park, and the territory, with its striking red tones, features numerous springs and archaeological sites.

The township includes an enclave, Cuarto del Madroño, situated between the township of Villarrodrigo and the borders of the provinces of Ciudad Real and Albacete.
Torres de Albanchez enjoys some of the best views in the province of Jaén, looking towards the Sierra de Segura and the flatlands of the Guadalimar. The numerous elevations in the municipal area provide natural viewpoints, like as Monte Picarzo. The town sits alongside the Torre Fuerte, in a beautiful sierra landscape made up of olive groves, cereal fields, allotments and mountains.
Important monuments in the town include the 14th-century Torre del Homenaje (Tower of Tribute), which belonged to a castle of the Military Order of Santiago, and the Iglesia Parroquial de Nuestra Señora de la Presentación (Parochial Church of Our Lady of the Presentation).
