Hornos de Segura

A pretty village in the Sierra de Segura, entirely located within the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Natural Park. Nearby is the Tranco de Beas reservoir and the valley where the Guadalquivir river begins.

Various hamlets are spread across the municipal area of Hornos: Cañada Morales, La Capellanía, El Carrascal, Fuente de la Higuera, Guadabraz, Hornos El Viejo, El Majal, La Platera, El Tovar, El Tranco and La Venta. Some of them are found in beautiful hidden places, such as La Platera or La Capellanía, and others are more vibrant, such as Cañada Morales or El Tranco. The rest are markedly agricultural communities, where peace and tranquillity are guaranteed, with some high-quality rural houses and facilities for tourists.
