Campillo de Arenas

Campillo de Arenas is a township in the district of Sierra Mágina, situated in the far southwest of the province, right in the Sierra Sur. It is found in the valley of the Campillo river, which later becomes Guadalbullón before flowing into the Guadalquivir.

The surrounding land is largely mountainous terrain where cereal plantations and abundant olive groves alternate with forestry lands, pastures, thyme and esparto grass. It’s the perfect landscape for trekking and open-air activities.
