The Museum offers two historical and two thematic tours: the Archaeology Section, which features an important collection from the Iberian period, as well as other rooms dedicated to prehistory, the Roman period, Hispanic-Muslim culture and Visigoth culture; and the Fine Arts Section, which offers a vision of sculptures and paintings from the 14th to the 20th century.

 The museum's collection of Iberian culture is one of the most representative of the national scene. An example of this is the Cerrillo Blanco Sculpture Complex, from the 5th century BC, which depicts themes of warlike fights, animals, the initiation of young people, the cult of ancestors and processes of mythological heroism; the El Pajarillo Sculpture Complex or the exact reproduction of the Iberian Burial Chamber in Toya, from the 4th century BC.
