Francisco Javier Ferrándiz Quesada y Juan María Ferrándiz Quesada

Joyería Ferrándiz

Avenida de la Libertad, 7. How to get

Descendants of a family of watchmaking artisans, Juan Ma and Francisco entered this sector from a very young age, being able to innovate and expand the business after receiving comprehensive training in jewelry and restoration. They offer from their workshop, declared by the Junta de Andalucía Point of Artisanal Interest, the possibility of customizing any piece or article requested by the client, with the particularity of reusing the metal that the client contributes from damaged, broken or disused pieces . The production process, completely handmade, allows them to work with all kinds of materials such as gold, silver, bronze, brass, and even ceramics, even creating a jewelery signature, "De Barro y Plata" together with the also artisan potter Pablo Titus. Using the most traditional techniques, these two brothers have been able to adapt to the current trend, introducing new methods and processes for making and restoring emblematic jewels or historical and old pieces. Among his works, the City's Gold Medal stands out, awarded in 1992 to the then Queen Sofía or the one recently awarded to Joaquín Sabina.
