Cueva Cabrera

It is located on the current path of the Allanada del Santo Recreational Zone.

Site of the first archaeological remains dating from the Neolithic (4000 BC) in the town of La Guardia de Jaén. Later it was used by the inhabitants of the place as a shelter and corral for cattle, from which its current name comes: Cueva Cabrera.

In a blackened wall there is a red stain that may be a cave painting (Cave paintings of the Cabrera Cave).
