We carry out thematic workshops on oil tasting & pairing aimed at the consumer. For this we base our teaching on the pairing of different olive oils. The content of the workshops does not require prior training, it is easy to understand and highly visual. It is developed by the teachers of our tasting school. During the courses we taste oils with defects and early oils, where we include 3 food caps with the previously tasted oils.
