The aromas of its intense green fruitiness are reminiscent of tomato, green almond, green banana, artichoke, mint and Golden Delicious apple, with aromatic hints of green grass, vine shoots and chamomile.

The mouthfeel is fluid, with a very mild bitterness and a light pleasant spiciness that gradually gains in intensity. An oil with a flavour that lingers on the palate, produced from olive groves of the native royal variety in the heart of the Sierra de Cazorla region.
