SCA Cortijo del Gavilán, is a family business that since 1997 is dedicated to the production of ecological vegetable preserves.

The success of the company is based on producing quality products, prepared by hand and with organic raw materials. All the recipes used in the preparation of prepared dishes have been rescued from the uses and customs of before.

Among these preserves, the Andalusian Gazpacho and the Vegetable Creams stand out, being, Cortijo del Gavilán, the main producer of "Organic Gazpacho" in Spain, being, our product awarded in the BioFach of Nüremberg, with the award for the best innovative product year.
